I'm also fighting a sore throat and sinus infection and I really feel it in my legs when I start to row. There is a wicked bronchial infection going around out here. A couple of my friends have developed pneumonia All this ERGing has hopefully jazzed up my immune system. I hope we both feel better soon
Make you health the first priority-I predict (with the help of Madame Z, alias K2) that there will be many more team challenges in your future
