Week 1 has passed and WHAT a week it has been.Week 2 begins and more fun and fitness to follow.

The Timbuk2-ian spirit rides on!!!

Len has moved through his first goal of 100,000 meters and on his way to 200,000 meters !! Way to row Len!!

We have several mates who will meet their initial goal of 100,000 meters very soon..this week.And the rest of the crew are making their greatest and finest efforts to meet their goals.making this a most positive and successful challenge.

Hi Team,

Mom is still in the hospital and has been transfered to the physical theraphy floor for a few days so I have decided to wait till she can go home before going back to Mo. I was able to get in a few meters last night and plan to try and get in more before I leave.
