I'm after another 50k day. Trying a pyramid scheme this time - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Curious how this will compare - in difficulty - to a straight 10x5.

All righty then. Completed a 50k pyramid 1 to 7 to 1 +1 km. Got a PR for the second 6k and counted all the 500m cool downs and warm ups as the 7k.

Comparing to the 10x5k, this was easier. I was able to do the 50k in two sessions. One session on the way up and the second session on the way down the pyramid, with less than a minute or two rest between pieces of each session and about two hours between session 1 and 2.

I would say that either way, a 100km day is not going to be easy for me, any way I end up slicing it :(

Are you suggesting that I slightly underestimated my total meters? :-)

I actually thought I'd be hard pressed to get in 5Km/day.

Anyway thanks to Lisa for posting our daily meters, cheerleading us, and still logging quite a few meters of her own.

Thanks to the rest of the group. I'm proud to be a part of your team.

And wow! 10 x 5K in one day? Wow!

Oh, and "God bless us, every one!" (not so) tiny kevin

Which reminds me. I used to work with a guy named Vince Bright, but every one called him Notso. :-)

Thanks, Ron, for making me feel almost normal! I thought I was pushing it doing a Half Marathon followed by a 5K...
One more day to go, only 78K left...

Not sure where I am in the challenge, but I think that I'm close to 350 km. Will have to try to get to that new goal :D
