Then just post the image here on this thread with a link to the download page. Thats my plan if I ever get my file. I'll be posting in JPG. --- Cafepress accepts lots of formats JPG,TIF,TIFF,PNG,GIF,BMP, and PSD. All that you have to do at cafepress is go to tshirt, then custom, then "For you & your friends"( press "get started"), then choose your shirt, and follow the simple instructions for upload and design. Its very easy. Its made for the typical Dufus Americanus. I fall in that catagory, and it worked for me. :D

Thanks,

damselfly wrote:Well, we can't figure out why some people keep joining and leaving. I think this team provides a positive and supportive environment, and it can be crazy-making when a few folks treat the team boat like a revolving door (how's THAT for mixing metaphors!). It's frustrating for Izz and me because we try to provide all the "virtual" (as in bit-based) encouragement we can. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, because I'm not really, but it's hard to find encouraging things to say every day about folks' rows when they don't participate on the forums so you don't know anything about them, their challenges, their goals, etc. And when they bounce in and out, it's hard not to take it personally, even though I know it isn't about me. Sorry if that frustration bled through in the post... I really do wish all our ex-rowers well, and they're welcome back anytime. I just wish they'd stay!
I think that it's better to have a small and very dedicated group, rather than a large group of people who really don't care one way or the other.

Congrats on the PB HM. I think there's nothing that screams "I am a man" more than biting off more than you can chew and then letting the world watch you try to chew it.

This seasons challenge just ins't working out well for me at all. Too much work, too little time, too much going on and slowly slipping behind my targets. I've decided not to beat myself up about it and keep rowing at a reasonable pace and the end number will be what it will be.

Hey Brent... I can reset it to a more attainable number or just remove it -- that goal isn't there to beat us up (well, it is for Izzy, but he's different). It's there to encourage us. Circumstances change and we all have been there!!
