Somehow,( not erging), I did a rude thing to my shoulder.
Currently, it looks like easy paddling will be okay, so hopefully I can get back to slowly kicking this Can 'O Lunies toward the moon.

I've got the power - so on with the posting! Numbers were captured at the usual time.

We've passed the fifty percent of the rowing year mark as of this last couple of days! Tempus fugit, and all that! And, while it may be clocks fall back an hour for those who were on daylight savings time, try telling that to a marauding cat who is CERTAIN that it is feeding time. He'll probably chew through the power cord to get my attention...

ImageImageImageImageImage

Wowzer, mates - hope all who are on the "injured reserve" list are healing well ! And do take time to do the healing part right....we'll be here when you're ready to row!

Season meters as of 189/365 = 41,786,522 m

Total meters on the day = 104,411 m

Oars in space (participation) = NINE percent.... :o

Zoooming along in space towards the moon! The repeating number phenomenon is spreading (much to my delight!)! There are THREE sets of repeating numbers....and I'm pretty sure that the final number submitted by the initials KM started out as a 3333...then morphed to an 8888....which means there was a 5555 ... it's probably a triple quad or something in sports lingo!

I worked my way through an entire two pound box of See's dark chocolate nuts & chews in the office, last week ... no one else likes dark chocolate. (Dark chocolate is good for us, right!?) It was a tough job, but someone had to do it.

Eighteen months age I went for a physical and was told that my blood pressure had spiked from normal to 170/100,
no good reason except for being overweight at 205lbs. I was put on medication and returned a month later...no change.
I bought a Model D and threw away the medication. I began rowing 6000 meters a day, and have been ever since. I am now at 178lbs and my new blood pressure reading as of yesterday was 122/83.
I have to thank the Lunatics for providing motivation, and await my "Certification".
