And then we have our Captain, who leads by example, and rows very well.

Not being either military or nautical, I don't have any Captains in my every day life- except for our virtual Captain.
I reckon it would be virtual mutiny to disobey our Captain's orders.
It is a good thing my ODD does not translate to the virtual plane.

Sorry so long: After falling overboard, I was captured by a cannibalistic tribe, and placed in a large cauldron. I argued for days that I was very high cholesterol , but they weren’t relenting. Finally, in desperation, I told them that besides raising their triglycerides & LDL levels, I would actually lower their HDL, and so they let me go… and I just now swam back to the boat!

Well, we're a month into the 2013 season - time is flying! I hope everyone is making progress in achieving their goals.

I have realized much improvement on the erg in the past month. All of my ranked scores are PBs and are significantly better than last season. I have been experimenting with the damper and with foot positioning and with reducing my SPM while maintaining my speed.

My goals this season are to average 10k+ per day for the season and to average a 95th% ranking across all distances/times (save for the FM and the insane 100k - no plans to do those!)
