If you want to go by the book, here's the official 110K training program:

Here's a bit of what it looks like:
Holy cow -- hard to believe. Take a look at the close-up of his hand at the end! And I can't even get that pace going for a 2k!!

I can't imagine rowing anything beyond a half-marathon. Maybe if I had one of those soft seat-cushions I could go further, but certainly not without.

David, you are my hero if you do the 100k!

Oh for heaven's sake. Ya take a little snooze, gather a few acorns, and people think you left the building?

Knee is improving, and hopefully work will allow more meters soon. Now to avoid overdoing the return-to-erg thing. Amazing how much you lose in a fairly short time....

Hang in there, Bob!! Yes, you're still on the team! Your meters showed up in Thursday's numbers, and Izz hasn't posted them yet..... He seems really pressed for time these days. If he doesn't post today I'll get them up tomorrow first thing.

Glad you're back for the season!!

Barring any unforseen catastrophe, I should hit my lifetime 3 mil tomorrow!!
