I'm guessing he took a Rowbics class, big in the LA area, they do all these strokes...

My model D arrived yesterday. Had to go to a party last night and have a busy day today. Hope to get it up and running.

Also got my One Million Meter Club shirt and pin along with a 5 Million Meter shirt and pin and a Seven Million Meter Certificate. :lol:

I can't believe how smoooooooth this unit is and how well the handle retracts. The better of the 2 units at my gym feels terrible compared to this. I know how badly they have both been neglected but I didn't know they were THAT bad. What a shame!!!!


Gotta go out for the night so my first "row" will have to wait till tomorrow :cry: :cry: :cry:

Jeff S - 11,000 One tough mudder
Yep, I did the Mudder last weekend and finished all 11.5 miles. My knees and tendons are still paying for this, but it was worth it. Definitely harder than last years century ride. Sorry for the lack of production in last months Challenge, but between running and dealing with minor injuries, my erg time suffered. j
