Yeah, wasn't sure I could do it...specifically with keeping the pace up for the last 500. So I was happy that I did it w/ some time to spare

If it wasn't for my 8 year old daughter I would give it serious consideration-Love the open water and I'm just about nuts enough to give it a shot. Only drawback is 4 guys in too close quarters

Ahoy Mates!!! Trying to get back into shape for the winter challenge. As evidence the Concept 2 has undue influence on my life: I just booked a trip to New York City in December. Normally I don't care about where I stay as you don't go there for a fancy hotel room. I'll be staying at the Vanderbilt WMCA which has 7 Concept 2s!! Will not miss any erging time this trip!!!
Row team!!!

Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
OK, here's today's superhuman feat to inspire you... From Concept2's Facebook feed...
Video evidence! On Oct 8, Andrew Steinfeld from Canada rowed 500 meters in 1:17.3, breaking the 40-49 Heavyweight Men World Record--3rd fastest in the world!
I'd include a link to the video but it was a Flash thing, not YouTube. You can see it from Facebook here if you're interested. He had to have a couple buddies stand on front legs of the rower to keep it steady!
