Hey all, 372 k and change-don't know if I can pull off another 28 between now and tomorrow. I started working on my form-checked out a you-tube video and realized my form wasn't what it should be. Started only bringing shins back to vertical and some slight adjustments on the drive. Now my muscles are letting me know that I am on the right track now. This challenge has been a good thing for motivation-did a bunch more than I would have otherwise.

Thanks for pushing me team! I finished out my 200,000 pledged meters with my erg today. Been setting the time interval at one hour and go as aggressive or easy as I feel. More often than not, these past two weeks rowing for youse guys has been my main motivation for getting to the "Y" and strapping into the Concept 2. Now I have to rest up a bit for the Winter challenge..... I need to make it three years in a row I do better that 200,000 meters!

Thanks also from me!!! I met my goal today and I fell great from all the meters I got through. Lost some more weight and finished bringing my blood glucose down to where I came off my metformin. I will keep up with the exercising but I will probably start alternating days with some light weight training.
I will see what the Holiday Challenge brings. Sure wish I had a Concept 2 at home!!!

Stick a fork in me-I'm done  . Back to sore to do any more-need to give it a rest, or I'll be in real trouble. I was trying to hit 400k, but I guess 380 will have to do. On a good note I'm at 1,918,000 for the year since March-2 million is just around the corner. This has been fun-great motivator. Thanks for the fun, people :D Look forward to the next challenge-Does it start tomorrow?????
