Hi ELF..It is my pleasure.It keeps me motivated too.I have seen that you in the Northeast are having quite the heat spell.Here in Florida it is the common thing..heat and humidity most of the time and at night many times it is still hot and in the 80's.When I take my dog for a walk..it feels like mid afternoon minus the sun.

Our A/C runs all the time.My daily watch of team progress keeps me in my gym regularly and offers me guilt if I even think of skipping a day.Glad I could keep you in the erging mode/mood despite the heat.That is what we are all here for and what a team we are!!!!!!! Thanks for your spirit and participation!!!

Sandi..
If you go to photobucket .com you can get all kinds of really cool graphics.Just enter the word you wish to express in the search block and there will be a vast number of choices.Then if you click on the graphic of choice it will give you a large picture and there will be underneath it several ways to make the graphic attatched to the forum or web site you choose.Copy the graphic then go to the forum and paste it to the body..voila!! Play with them and it can be so much fun..

Hi Pat and Crew.

Well I decided today to try and do 2000m every 2 hours through out the day. I started at 9am and pooped out at 3pm, LOL only had a few meters to go to make 10,000 so jumped on and did another 1500 LOL. Hope this isn't a problem with all the log entries. I just had to make up for not rowing yesterday.
