I will be using my 30 min. of rowing time tomorrow around 4 a.m. as a warm-up for running the Spokane Marathon which starts at 7. Wish me luck, as record lows for the day are expected (just like last year, only worse, I suppose, LOL.) I will be surprised if it is above 20 F. at the starting line in the morning. Think warm thoughts for me tomorrow, please.
