Maryanne should have a fast one tomorrow too - room for another lady anyone?
Yes, where are they? Two boats stir sticks on the float. Thinking of putting in a "trans" registration. But must be careful what we ask for. Women of acomplishment can fill boats all by themselves.
O ye of little faith jack - two ladies from here came to the party just in time for us to float the last 2 waiting boats to be filled!
Maryanne's one put us on the podium for the first time for a long time - good result all in all.

Woho, Virginia and JoW on a rescue op! FF boats 6 and 7 in the game. My wife and I ended up in the same boat. And Flyers on the third step. Congrats Maryanne, Jeff, and the usual suspects!

Good 5k training as well, did this as 3 x 10mins with 2.5 mins rest so the fly wheel has stopped, took the fastest........obviously fastest not being uber fast at the moment, but the knee has not swelled up again, small steps.
PS i'd ignore any temptation to do this at 15spm,life is too short
Boat for the Indoor Rowing League, wouldnt mind being in the Flounderers this year

Take care, I also take a flounderers option
. Not in the position to go hard that long in a row.

I don't think there will be the takers for 2 boats - I suspect there will be a challenge for us to get ten takers for one boat!

Yes indeed, welcome back Damien. The DVT is no joke.

Henry,
Meerkats sent me a note, and I signed up for the latest challenge. I'll row a little, but mostly, I'm going to keep my eye on you and make sure you do your part.
I expect you to log serious meters--every day.

You are still a puppy, Henry.
Yes, things go well. They go slowly, with an occasional ache,
