TRAINER TIP: Look at your feet as you row. If you're having trouble keeping your feet flat on the foot stretchers throughout the stroke, try pointing your toes toward the flywheel as you drive (push back).

Let me get this right.I am going to have to slow down for a bit. I keep saying that, but this past week I have been rowing with mainly one arm. Right arm is kind of useless at the moment. I will try and row about 7500 a day if I can
5MM Meters... on 1 arm... and over 133k for the Holdiay Challenge so far.
Golly.
