WAY TO GO DAVID A.!
Did I read that correctly 40 million meters? That is unbelievable. Have you figured out a way to use your erg as a means of transportation to get to and from places. I cannot fathom ever completing that many meters on an erg. I am ultra impressed.
Thanks for sharing! You definitely deserve the highest accolades ever!
You must be a Loonie to erg 40 million lifetime meters. We are honored to have you even if it is only for the challenges.

FORTY MILLION!
All hail our honorary Luna-Tic David A.! Having achieved his fortieth million meter last night, he is well deserving of Luna-Tic status! He has accomplished this in the relatively short span of 14.5 years (unless you had some meters hidden before your erg arrived) and with five children!
Wowzer, you are indeed a Luna-Tic! That's ten percent of the way to our moon! And for those challenges in which you can cheerfully (and guiltlessly) bestow some meters upon us, we thank you!
Congratulations! Wishing you many more years of good rowing!!

Welcome Chris S - new crew member !
The moon looks closer now.
That's ASTOUNDING, David. Congratulations ... and, most importantly, what do our friends at Concept2 send you for attaining 40 MM? (Just so we'll all have something to shoot for ... )DavidA wrote:I am only a member of this great team for the virtual challenges ... but I reached a big milestone in last night's row. I wanted to tell some people who would understand my looniness. 40 Mm lifetime!
Welcome Chris S. We all aim for 40 MM in a season or two. No worries. Good to have you on the roster.

Congrats!
Congratulations David! I think you just orbited the Earth (~24,000 miles)! Way to Row!
Kona2 - I'm off to Mad Town for the weekend for Canoecopia, the biggest Paddle Sports Show in the country. Hope to be back early enough on Sunday (March 15) to row for the World Rowing Challenge opening day!

Another new team member!
Welcome new team member Barry ! We have several Aussie crew members and many with connections to Australia.
This brings our crew total to 72 - and, we're almost at 65 million meters for the season! I'll have to do an update on our journey to the moon.
