Elbow wrap for warmth and support of the elbow tendons....$21.00
Gel seat to protect the butt...around $30.00
Thyroid drug to offer increased metabolism and energy...priceless
Seems like all I do is add gear and "stuff" to row these days..whatever happened to just jumping on the erg and rowing?????????

Hi Chris,
Just saw your injury post and am sorry to hear that you will miss 4 weeks. Glad you got it checked out, though; surgery, yikes!
Work is still a bear & won't let up for at least another week. Frigid temperatures here (-18 one night last week, setting a record low), too, which makes one want to crawl up into an electric blanket & hibernate! My machine is down in the chilly basement, so I'm wondering if that's holding me back a little. It's cool to start but okay once the blood gets going.

My stepson Lee , Tristan and Dalton's dad is having some heart surgery tomorrow,12/9. He is having a defibulator put in. Can you guys send some positive thoughts this way.
