Hello all,

Unfortunately I have to report that today was my last day rowing for about 4 weeks.

Doc says I have a tear in my achilles tendon. If I continue to row may cause bigger tear or rupture which would need surgery.

So I will be supporting you from the side lines for a while. Hopefully I will be able to rehab in time for JVC10. :D
