About the skierg: I have a question, and maybe if I read up on it through Concept2, it would be answered. But. My question is: Most of the time, skierg meters done in a session are much fewer than a rowing session. Angelo is a notable exception. Bike erg meters are considered easier to complete, so Concept2 halves them for Challenges. Why isn't there an upside of a multiplier for skierg meters??!

A “special 8’s” palindrome from me in memory of my wonderful mother-in-law of 44 years, who passed away Wednesday about two weeks shy of her 93rd birthday. She will be greatly missed.

A couple of weeks ago our oldest daughter said she had been to see her OB-Gyn that day. She said "My due date is a very abba(father) due date. Guess when it is." I said "February 2nd". She said "You need one more 2." 2-22-22

Special 8’s probably should be explained - us old timers do know that they are a special palindrome in support and remembrance of a loss. They started because one of our teammates brought our attention to an 8 year old girl in a battle with leukemia (I think). The use of the palindrome crossed into a more general across all ages type of thing - but some people just like the number 8!
