Whoop, whoop, and why not give a shout out! Happy to say that I've reached the TWO million meter milestone for the season...which gives me a rowing machine equivalency of 1 MM (but I'm claiming multi-millionaire status anyway!). This equivalency thing is important to me when I look back at all my recorded seasons (2003 and beyond) to see how I'm comparing. Let there be more erging! More celebrations! Hooyah!

K2
Woo Hoo!
Congratulations.

I have to say I am always impressed and astounded at the creativity and faithfulness of our very own Statistician, K2. This Team Room has been going since February 2008 - that's nearly 13 years straight that Team Luna-Tics has kept this entertaining and encouraging starlog of accumulated meters, in large part due to the faithful posts of K2! And that's not even counting the pre-team-room challenge thread that helped launch the team into orbit. Three cheers for K2! You make every day just a little bit better for us all! Thank you for the many years of faithful service to the Team!

About all the thanks...

Post by Kona2 » December 15th, 2020, 5:44 pm

I appreciate the daily time I have on the forum pages - and the team that we have all grown. I get to do what I like to do...and you are all part of the grand experiment when we roll out something new, or a different bunny trail. Some of those work better than others! I am hoping that my "why not a shout out" for the 2 million meters wasn't misunderstood...wasn't looking for your thanks...was just playing with words on what sometimes seems self-congratulatory on celebrating my own milestones (which I try to do with the same enthusiasm that I celebrate yours)! And I thank you for your kind words.

Meanwhile, I have tried something new with my two Goldens on our mostly daily walks...jingle dogs. I have added bells to the harness of the larger Golden. She is not dismayed by the noise - in fact, it puts an extra bounce in her steps as she jingles along in the snow. And it is very festive. Makes people we pass smile.
