WAY cool graphic Pat! :)

I've been hitting the running trail again, but I think I can put in enough to make the Skeleton Crew challenge. It has been nice to get outside again. B)

For all TimbukTOO-ians that are on the disabled list or just not up to erging speed these days..

We are thinking of you..sending positive energy and know that your spirit as a TimbukTOO-ian is felt every day.

It is not your meters that count.. it is your loyalty and friendship!!!

Pat

Thanks for checking in on me, Lisa.
I am not up to par just yet.Trying to regulate and tolerate the thyroid stuff..and a few other miscellaneous issues on the side.Mental health is starting to fail. :( Nerves are frazzled. :?
I did hit the erg today..first meters since the first part of October.Felt ok but the "ticker" really felt the cardio kick in.
Oh well..aging is not always fun and the body, well..it has a mind of its own despite what we do to protect it and keep it healthy. No guarantees :(

Row strong and see ya on the Farm

Pat -- so sorry to hear that things aren't better... Don't overdo things too fast. I hope you can take walks at least or something to help the nerves -- try to get away from the computer for a while! :)

You're in my thoughts. We'll row for you until you can row for yourself!
