Sometimes my graphics disappear altogether (and then the company says "you're over your storage limit...please upgrade"). Snort. And sometimes what I'm looking for is RIGHT there, and I totally don't see it. Life is just that way.

Oof, slow season this year. Can't believe I'm just now hitting 1MM. That's going to change real quick - I'm (hopefully) going to be on a 4x or an 8x masters boat this year, as well as training for RAGBRAI in July.

You're talking Greek to me.
Snort. There was a time many MANY moons ago when people (and work study students like me who were augmenting scholarship income) used an IBM Selectric typewriter/word processor. One of its features was an element that looked like a metal golf ball only smaller that allowed you to switch fonts - and languages - quickly. I used to use the symbol element with Greek letters for my secret messages. Fortunately many advances have occurred - like forum messages that we can add photos to and access from lots of different devices.

The element
But that wasn't the inferred question. RAGBRAI is an annual bike event: The Register's Annual Great Ride Across Iowa. https://ragbrai.com/
It is legendary in its enthusiastic riders, and the communities that they ride through. Many people think that the midwest, and Iowa, are pretty flat. This is just not so. And a week long ride (although this year they do have single day or a couple of day participations) is not an easy thing to do. Hence the training that Zach refers to completing. This year's ride is 420 miles with greater than 12,000 ft climbing. Definitely doable. Like Ride the Rockies, the route changes each year and different host towns offer different amenities. Entries are limited to 8500 riders for the week, and 1500 day riders. I believe Ride the Rockies caps at 2000. All I know is that Ride the Rockies often overwhelms the host communities - and we so depend on the groups like Lion's, or DFW posts that are making some extra money with dinners and pancake breakfasts, etc.

52 Lunies Finished!
Valentine's Day Challenge was good for the Concept2 Universe with over 9,500 participants. Some deadline driven Lunies pulled the chains and we increased our finishing numbers to 52...and not surprisingly, there were six who chose to have palindromes for totals: Ed, Norma, danwho, Stuart, Gary and K2. Just when we get past Valentine's Day....the doorbell rings. There is always a good reason to erg! Just being neighborly...munch munch.
