It was interesting to see the coach in action on that record setting row. Good find, danwho.
According to the first page of her web site, https://www.christinecavallo.com/home, we might be seeing her at the Tokyo Olympics - I think in the Lwt Women's Doubles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6gSaL1XpEI

Update on ergathalons and competition meters. I think I was mistaken before. It appears that the meters from the ergathalon count towards competition appropriately. I just the did 10, 20, 10- row, bike, ski and it counted 30k for competition. That leaves me with about 2700 meters until a million.

Whoop, whoop and this one took a few years! I'm celebrating my 20th million meter milestone today! That's comprised of 16.5 MM indoor rowing machine and 3.5 MM bike erg. I think that's an 18 MM equivalency. With luck, I will finish off the 20 MM rowing machine in the next couple of years. My goal is to have my 40 MM orbit be half rowing and half biking....SO. I'm wishing for many, MANY more milestones!

Woo Hoo and Congratulations!!

As many on the team know, six years ago I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I've been undergoing chemo since that time, but at long last, I am done. This week was my last chemo infusion. Woo hoo!!!

I've had incredible support from many team members, and I am forever grateful.

I am especially grateful to K2, who supported me from the very beginning with many a video, amusing story, and all things sheeply to keep me going during some very dark hours.

Thank you!!!
