help needed

Post by Jodi » November 28th, 2019, 4:30 pm

I'm trying to change my user name to "Jodi N." since there are two of us Jodi's spelled the exactly same way and it gets confusing when seeing posted numbers that I know aren't mine. But can't seem to change it in the User Profile update section. Any suggestions?

WAIT. There are NOT two Jodi's. There is only Jodi N. So something else might be happening. The macro driven spreadsheet grabs the numbers that are associated with your specific ID. I grab the numbers at about the same time every day. I have your total meters as 191,022 ...it could be that I am getting one part of your meters, but then you upload more...let's see if we can work through what numbers you expect to see vs what I am posting.

Whoop, whoop and well done! Completing a full marathon is a significant accomplishment - and this one might be a FIRST EVER. Congratulations, Gary, on achieving a FULL MOON - you've got bragging rights for certain. Or maybe it's a quiet internal shout of HOOYAH as you finished it! We wish you many, MANY more celebrations and milestones!

Thank you, second one ever . This one was 30 seconds slower than the last one in 2017(getting older and slower). My wife broke my old marathon coffee mug and I needed a new one , the concept store only stays open in that year. So I got my my mug& probably burned off half my dinner !!!

There was a time when Concept2 awarded marathon and half marathon glass mugs as a finisher award in the US - and the costs of shipping them actually led to the demise of this practice, I think. Pretty sure that Minnie got one of the last ones that they shipped out. There are some third party vendors who make these kinds of things if anyone is interested. Because breakage does happen - and I'm sure there was dismay! And burning off half your dinner...priceless as they say!

Hello All!

I see lots of new names. I'm an old time Lunatic who is an on the water rower, so don't erg so much April to Nov. I have also suffered some injuries over the past few years keeping me off the water, off the erg and off the forum.

I tore my calf muscle in September and am still recuperating. (I confess, I am taking it extra slowly as I want it to heal correctly and fully.) I have started erging and hope to be able to get in at least the 100k for the holiday challenge, but it all depends on what my leg tolerates.

I just wanted to say hi and good luck to everyone in the Holiday Challenge.

Feel your pain Karyn, I'm fairly new to Lunatics - in the last year but maybe less!! I've had a terrible season for injury this year, back and my left leg. Leg has taken over two months but found it impossible to always keep off the bikeerg!! Not rowing as much but hoping to get back in the saddle this Christmas. Had a couple of decent bike workouts this week. Fingers crossed your fitness improves rapidly :D
