Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
I wanted to say hello and introduce myself as a new team member. Drivetofast recommended this team to me when I asked the question on the forums. I wanted to join a team for the upcoming Fall Challenge because I enjoyed the Dog Days of Summer Challenge. I am fairly new to rowing and my main goal is power lifting, so I am not too fast but I like getting some meters in.

Fall Challenge Meters
Hiya, ATX33, and welcome. I'm sure that time on the erg would improve endurance during competitions and support recovery from weight training sessions.ATX33 wrote:I wanted to say hello and introduce myself as a new team member.
