Last day of week one ...make sure your meters total at least 10K for the week!

And while 10K might seem to be hardly an effort for many on the team, especially those working on the second orbit around the Earth, I am finding that my arm muscles seem puny when it comes to throwing down some meters after taking most of June and July "off". Never mind that Thing 1 and Thing 2 even get walks in the rain...they could care less about me getting time on the erg. Onward!

MILESTONES...Bragging RIghts...Celebrations:

2.0 MM Ed
1.25 MM Richard T...and in between accumulating bunches of meters, he throws puzzles at us!
700 K Tombeur

I'm sure everyone will ignore this. But i was wondering why on our team page. That there are so many names without photos of yourself. Are you working for the CIA or are you a wanted man or woman. Seems very suspicious But I guess if you don't need a photo ID to vote why put one here :)

RE: photos

It is VERY hard to meet the photo size required! If it were as easy as posting on FB or similar, I think there would be more.

Slowly getting my rowing form ... I am sure I heard refrains of Buttercup....still, I was more astounded about how what seemed like a short time off made such a difference.

Buttercup

For all who have been AMAZED when your kids are able to reel off a bunch of dinosaur facts, names, etc. (wait....you took a college course called Age of the Dinosaurs?!), there's now yet ANOTHER dinosaur to add to the list. Jurassic Park movie introduced some of us to a lot of dinosaur species....including those nasty little velociraptors. Happily, the Patagotitan dinosaur discovered in 2014 and mentioned a bunch in yesterday's news blurbs was more fitting for the less chompy themes of Land Before Time, as it appears to have blunt teeth and a veggie-saurus eating pattern. And you thought Argentina was all about wine and cowboys? Ha! This discovery was made by a shepherd...Shaun will attest to mighty powers of discovery sheep have...fueled by curiosity!

MILESTONES...Bragging Rights...Celebrations:

Buttercup

Do buttercups grow together? I am feeling the same way after being off for a bit. If we hang in for the Dog Days then I think we should be good to go after that. Fall Team Challenge isn't too far down the road either.
Yes Richard, working on it. Grin.
Buttercup Thor.
