Wow 40 mill. Way to go!
I just did my all time PB for the 10K. 2:09.6. I know it isn't that great but it is pretty good for now and gives me a target to beat. I have been working on slow strokes so rate around 25 or so and using the muscles more and more. I used to row like a lighter weight with a rate of 30 strokes or so. I like the powerful strokes. Feels good and filling in my shirts a bit more too. Yep, the old Thor is a dude. haha.
Keep on rocking everyone. It can only get you where you wanna go.

Perhaps strangely, this was just a set-up for the next day... I figured if I was finally going to drag myself over the 100k mark I should do it with a palindrome and also make it look pretty.

Got ahead of myself yesterday by calling it the start of a palindrome ten day run....that would be JULY 10-19 (and not June) .... don't want to move the summer along any faster than it is already hurdling through space and time...meanwhile, I remain an incredibly unskilled golfer....hahaha!

High five indeed--great test results--still in complete remission.
Unfortunately, my doctor said "Let's keep up the fight!" I was hoping he'd say that we could back off a little.
Thanks for all the good luck wishes.
Richard, thanks for all those lucky 7s while I was gone.

Get ready.....
There are lots and lots of reasons why humans should be more like dogs. One of the best is their ability to create a "habit" in just three days...not the traditionally stated 30 days. With summery temperatures on the rise throughout the day, started walking the dogs right after coffee...and now, they wait by the door for me to finish that cup...fully expectant that a gallop along the trail is in the cards. Now imagine if we could have such a mindset to get after our erg meters!?!
