There is no reason to be sorry. Rest. The numbers aren't going anywhere. I am sure with the help of bg's healthy thoughts you will mend quickly.

K2 get well soon your efforts are really appreciated. From someone who jumped ship to join a team that had a regular forum presence.

I agree with Tom. May you feel better soon and relax we love you for all you do. Of course BG will have you dancing again in no time.
I will be off rowing Tuesday but this won't vanish me. I still have two rest days left. Only 5 more to go so all is well.

Keep on rock'n fellow Lunes.

All In A Day's ERG: Team Progress Thru 3.26.17

Post by Kona2 » March 27th, 2017, 12:11 pm

Dang noroviruses....and not a cruise ship was in sight! Thanks for the well wishes - survival seems imminent!

Image Day 27 or 28 of 31....hang on...hang on...hang on...!

Survival wasn't in the logcards for 90 more from the 5K a day bunch (and alas, TWO Lunies). 30 more lost their grip from the 10K a day bunch (and woe, one Lunie was in that bunch). The relentlessness of this Challenge continues to absolutely thrash its participants...and it's always good to have a couple of rest days banked so you're not totally up against it when the unexpected twists and turns of life zap you.

Congratulations to our successful Lunies on the 5K and 10 K a day Challenge completion: Imagefinishers!

5K: Chip, Dan O', David T, and Peter T
10K: Chip and Peter T added to the list!

Meanwhile, what a boatload of milestones have happened in the last two days! Well done, Lunies!

Kona hope you feel better soon! Never fun being sick...

Tonight I passed 39 million lifetime meters. The journey continues. It has been raining like crazy here - the main issue on the side of Qatar I live and work is there is no drainage, so we will have mud for weeks. Great thunder and lighting shows though.

Happy Rowing,

Ed

Whoop, whoop and wow-didn't-we-just-celebrate-38? Congratulations, Ed, on achieving your 39th MM meters of lifetime rowing! We wish you many, MANY more! Your airline miles are close to your lifetime meters with all the travel you're doing!

The thunder and lightning bit reminds me of Simon and Garfunkel...but I could be mistaken!

Thanks Kona! Laughed at the airline miles... depending on the route - round trip is around 15-16000 miles.
