A huge shoutout and ATTA BOY to Doug G for competing in the Mile Hi Indoor Rowing Championships ...and reaching a personal best! Way to go!

And so the day has finally arrived...the one that football teams want to have a date to play....and fans for BOTH teams are wishing their teams great success. The Broncos are the underdogs...and most Broncos fans are saying...don't surrender, make it a good game. Me, I'm hoping I win one of the quarter squares of the game and take home some $$$ !

My buddy steve shared this interview with me. I found it interesting. Steve's note and link follow.s
Have fun, Thor

I was passed this interesting link that features an interview with a current World and Olympic gold medallist and world and Olympic record holder for rowing. he talks about training using the Concept 2 machines and mentions some numbers like splits and times for certain distances etc.

Here's the link below:

The tractor seat comment kind of threw me a bit until I looked up Concept2's tractor seat! I had no idea!Image

Today was the Colorado Bicycle Summit, and I was in downtown Denver for a good portion of the day....and the confetti and fireworks of the previous night were still in the clean up stages. We have a sports cartoonist, Drew Litton, who is always a lot of fun. I'm putting the links to the cartoon before the Super Bowl and the cartoon after the Super Bowl. Was a good game - stressful to watch - but with a very satisfying conclusion. :D

But really. I should have known. Jimmy Fallon hosted the 2016 Puppy Prediction of the Super Bowl 50 outcome....gotta love Goldens! Here's the clip, with the winning prediction....

Yep, that's it! Reminds me of my Father's John Deere riding lawnmower growing up. All that's needed now is a diesel engine to power this premium bum protector :D !
