Whoop, whoop and hooyah for Tombeur (and what an interesting definition Tombeur has)! While we do have teammates who use both erg machines, I can't see the difference in rowing vs ski-erg meters on our logbooks - so it is helpful that you've called out what is an important meter milestone. That's a lotta meters for three years! Congratulations on a fine achievement! We wish you many, MANY more!
woooooooooooo hooooooooooooo and congrats :] that's a lot of meters :}

Thank you for the encouraging words and the colorful graphic. With this kind of support I will have to keep going to the next million. TOMBEUR? The reality, fortunately or unfortunately, as the case may be, doesn't begin to match the "interesting" definition, as you so diplomatically put it. And at my age the moment has passed, assuming there ever was such a moment, but I will keep the name anyway!

Yes, I see that our adventure quotient just went up for the team...
And isn't that the great thing about team Lunatics, you can disappear "off the radar" for a while and be welcomed back like it was only yesterday! Thanks to all, mind you, the muscles have given me a bit of a slap around - getting used to the rower again!
Mind you, plenty of adventure is planned for the coming year!
cheers, Baz

Funny thing about all those meters, they lead to personal milestones and bragging rights galore! Today could be Talk Like A Pirate Day because the RRRRRR's are closing in on some big milestones. Ron is a mere 11,380 m from TWO million, and Ronnie is just 29,230 m from ONE million, and Rosita is practically there with just 7,892 m to go to reach ONE million. Keep your eyes peeled (sounds very Halloweenish...) to cheer them on...they could cross those milestone lines at ANY time....
Season meters as of 145 of 365 = 56,343,690 m

But looking at those average meters / team member we are well ahead!!!!!

Running behind today, so I know that some of the meters you have so generously deposited into the Lunie meter bin were supposed to be for tomorrow.
Looks like Free Spirits must have grabbed a few more passing ghosts, because they are firmly in third place at this time. Greenville Indoor is chasing us and closing in. As many of you have witnessed, the REAL challenge starts in the last two weeks. The first two weeks are team building and getting a good foundation (thank you all for that!). The last two weeks is a lot of strategy, but it's all for YOU and how you're going to handle the Holiday Challenge. We cannot "win" anything in this Challenge because we're a virtual team. That's what makes some of the other Challenges a little more relevant for us....but hey! We are as serious as we can be about all the Challenges.
Season meters as of 146 out of 365 = 57,149,758 m
Total meters on the day plus a few more hours = 806,068 m
