have you looked into purchasing a back roller? I purchased one from my local Academy and I love it. It has helped my with my releasing a lot of knots in my back.

I am sorry if I missed a posting about this. are we accepting this challenge? I assume it is the same as the one in January? It has already begun.
If so, does everyone know we have to register for this individually?
