And, today's comic is from Bizzaro....a most excellent cartoon drawn by Dan Piraro. His cartoons often cause one to think a bit....

I didn't get it, then you said you did, so I went back and gave it another shot.
Hah! Good one, indeed.

Well, I was finally able to get off the "Blacklist
The hand is healing and with the PT I have regained a small amount of range of motion. I still have a long way to go. Thank you all for the support and encouragement during this difficult time. I think I will actually be able to make the Holiday Challenge this year. If nobody else has it I would like to request the reindeer name Frodo, as in "Nine Fingered Frodo and the Ring of Doom"
Congratulations to all the reindeer and milestone achievers.
It's Great to be back!

Bandit (Chip)
Mea culpa! Chip earned his reindeer yesterday, and wrote asking for the reindeer name of Bandit. Bandit is the lead dog in his team profile picture! Congratulations, Chip ... and welcome Bandit!

The irony is that Frodo lost his ring finger. By some twist of fate my ring finger was the only one NOT injured.
Lyn says it was the "magic" of the wedding band

Hula Hula
I LOVE Hula Hula for my reindeer's name. I'm already making him a lei; and considering a gourd or sharkskin covered drum, and some split bamboo sticks. He already has a ukulele.
So happy to see that DDRRon is back in the game. Frodo? Really? I have a hard time with Elijah Wood ... so, I'll just stick with the book, or the cartoon.

Welcome back Do Ron. Do the rehab it works. I to hand one of my fingers meet the business end of an electric planer. Luckily my recovery was way easier than yours. It's amazing what SuperGlue and Duct tape can cure.
And K2, I thought I had completed the challenge today only to find that red harnesses have appeared on Ed's reindeer to entice another 100K out of the unsuspecting. Egads. Will I ever be finished? Do you have any more surprises for us hapless warriors? Last day to row will be the 15th. I need to plan my strategy.
Congrats to all those reindeer folks. What has gotten into you 27? Way to row, do you have a stack of unwatched movies or something?

Thanks for the welcome Jan and Barb - I feel like the proverbial prodigal!
Great to see so many familiar names posting, and I will hopefully be around for a while whilst improving my meter contributions...
PS - loved the pet bunny 'toon K2!
Cheers from Oz,
Dave

Thanks Danno. I am working hard at the rehab and religiously doing my hand exercises five times a day. I haven't tried the duct tape yet, but as Vermonters often say: "If you can't fix it with duct tape, it ain't worth fixin' "
