David, I am impressed by the 60 MM and even more so by the level of dedication and commitment it represents. Week after week, year after year. I've also always been impressed by your blood donation efforts. I donated today, so I'm taking a day off.
Congratulations

Thanks guys, I went ahead and logged my June meters under the Luna-Tic banner.

Today, did GenFit 30mins online row. I was texting and didn't notice the start. When I saw the others moving, I scrambled into my straps late. Noted Gene was holding a good pace for me, around 2:20, but he had a 50m head-start because of my lack of attention to start gun. I figured scenery on the river would be better with another rower beside me, so I knocked out a sprint in the 1:40s til I caught him.

I surprised myself by being able to slip comfortably back into a 2:20 after that max-burst that took my HR into high 170s. Might consider working in some intervals or speed work in July.

60MM
Still thinking about that. I started to wonder if I might reach 60MM in my lifetime. And while I was shaking my head on that one, I started thinking that David has a good shot at 100MM in the next 13 years!!

And Welcome, Krysta!! Actually, seeing your name is a little like catching up with old family. I remember you burning up the CTC board. When I first started logging meters, I was a member of The Eh! Team. And I think I remember from those days that you were a cousin of Yukon John. Wow, takes me back...

Good job, you Summer Solstice people! I had every intention of pulling 21K on the 21st, then realized that I'd started way too late, and was only halfway through at midnight. Plus, the dog ate my homework.
