You make those bunnies sound sooooo good, K2. I'll have to check the local stores and see what I can find!

How about that...today's stats date is a palindrome (in US calendar format): 4/11/14 (Maybe this hasn't happened to you - yet - but have you noticed that when you hear or see a number that is a palindrome, and you try to explain that that's a cool thing to those not in our team forum....well, let's just say it puts us into a whole new level of geek-dom).

Last night's Rockies v Giants game was a pitching battle of a different sort. Usually, I think of a pitching duel as a very low scoring game where both teams have pitchers that no one can really hit. Well, last night, the Rockies starter (de la Rosa) was good for a little while, then uh oh...he loads the bases. Next up to bat is the SF Giants pitcher, Madison Bumgarner....a pitcher who can throw above 90 mph for a lot of pitches...and one who can hit. Whammo....there goes the ball and it's his first ever career grand slam, and just like that it was 6 to 5, Giants. De la Rosa was just battling himself I think. I love baseball.
