JeanG put V in the points. Says she had a better run last week at the gym but the monitor failed to save. I told her to enter it but she couldn’t recall the seconds. Glad to see her approaching 80 watts.

Good stuff from Lizh and Jean to make it five. Close times between Lizh and Lana.

10k in the warm weather - that'll be popular. Ah well, I need a new 10k pb; think I'll have to give it a miss on the skierg however...

Henry, your log sez 6 per wk averaging 8k and change? That’s higher than your daily average 2 or 3 yrs. ago. Not that I make it my (only) business but public logs are an easy lookup. B) Checked the affiliation standings. The “Virginian” is on top atm.

Lindsay, I can’t think Georgina will fail to row to our rescue.
I keep telling myself I’ll do the 10k.
Left shoulder and right foot keep saying I won’t.

Yes Jack but 50% are ski meters. Which is a good bit different. Its roughly 25k per week both row and skierg. Yes by blog is open, nothing to hide
I used to train more varied, atm its maintanance.

My mistake Henry. It’s all work and your steady pace rower or skierg frightens me!

Truth is in the middle, "other" work helps a bit. But if I did focus on one machine and kept the workload alike, that machine would get better.

July CTC
Sub 7 have chosen the July CTC. Basically we are taking the reps from our November 2014 challenge and jumbling up the order, so this will be:
555m / 111m / 444m / 777m / 333m / 222m / 666m - 70 seconds (1:10) rest between each interval.
Standing start for the first rep, subsequent reps as you like. Record the time for the 3108m, not including rests.

Really really wierd, pointless idea, trains nothing. This very well could be the most pointless ctc in history. Which in itself is difficult to achieve :P

Ah yes, Angels’ Flight, the numero7igists’ favorite. But I much prefer The ProcraFtinators’ Fidget: time for 30’ from no start. B)

In the wonderful world of numerology, three of a kind is an “angel” come to warn or worry. Similar to Tarot, palmistry, forecasting by Zodiac birth sign. Angels Flight is a funicular railway in LA (El Pueblo de Los Àngeles). 30’ rows are always 30’. Said to pull the sting of competition.

OK that helps a lot - I have somehow managed to miss the mysteries of "numberology" and LA highlights
