Howdy fellow lunatics!
You could be forgiven for thinking I’ve been lagging and stuck on the dark side of the moon for the last year or so, it certainly has felt that way to me!
I’ve been using the rower for warms-ups on weight training, but no hard-core training on it as it was quite painful after my Achilles operation, which has improved 1,000% since albeit slowly!
It has been a tough year, but I’m ready to forge ahead but what better way then the challenge through January…
Even the rower was groaning this morning from lack of use!
And Janet and TomO dropped in to cheer me on 9,000 metres into a 10,000 metre row (and I needed that!)
Trust everyone is well and look forward to being back on board!
Cheers, Baz

Welcome to new teammates Terry M and Jeff D - we wish you many good rowing sessions and lots of good camaraderie!
Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.
Thanks Minnie & BG…the C2 is getting used to me again, already.
And two days back in and here I am placing a drink order for New Year's Eve.
Any chance I could have a Cooper's Stout!
And three cheers to K2, who does an awesome job!
Cheer's, Baz

Did I win? Difficult to tell when you're playing against a pre-schooler!Kona2 wrote:I'm sure that we haven't reported an air hockey injury before! Talk about uber competititve....did you win?
I think all our "goal" screaming startled her, initially ... but she soon got the idea. She was relentless.
Hey, Guinan, so nice to see you back at 10-forward, again!
I am a real traditionalist when it comes to NYE ... Champagne, please!
