Hey everyone, haven't been around in a bit but thought I would pop in!

My last row was a month ago and was pretty brutal, so I took a break.

My husband kept gently reminding me to give it a go now that the first trimester blahs should be passing, so finally did a 30 minute go earlier today. I am a lot slower, and my belly is definitely making itself known, but it was a lot more doable than it was last month. I didn't quite make 5K (did I mention I am a lot slower?) but it was a good workout and I felt glad that it felt so much better than previously.

I am hoping now to maybe row a couple of times a week in addition to the weekly prenatal yoga class, almost daily walking, and weekly yard mowing (although those days are numbered) to round out my exercise.

Was really neat to log into here and see all the awesome progress the team Luna-Tics continue to make. You all rock and I am so glad to be affiliated with such a neat group of people.

Welcome back Kerry, and hello to all the Luna-tics I've been missing!

I know the feeling of a belly being in the way. Mine's been in the way for 10 years! That's why I started rowing in the first place.

Been off all summer, but great to be back. Bought Rowpro and trying to follow a nice little build program to avoid hurting myself by trying to do too much too fast.

Great to be back in here again!

I think a lot of us have been doing other stuff in the summer ( that would be me ). Look forward to hearing how RowPro is going for you, Darren.
