TimbukTOO Team Room
Ok Everyone it is Jan 31st! we all made it to the end of the month.
I completed my meters for the day and I am so excited for myself that I met my personal challenge of 180,000 meters. I do not know how you all do it ---- but keep up the good work!!!
I still wish the Patriots were in the Superbowl but Team TIMBUK2 is helping this long winter go by fast!!
Great Job Captain Pat!!!

It's all Good!
WU HOO! Just finished my meters for the day also.
Didn't do as well for this challenge - but did get to 113,683! BUT - - I did meet my challenge of getting to 500,000 meters by the end of January 09. My next goal is to hit the million mark by end of April!???
Not bad considering I just got serious in October and had only fiddled with the C2 at the gym a few times beginning in July. But boy what a difference 500,000 meters on the C2 has made. I feel much better and am in so much better shape.
Love being on the team with everyone! You all did good this challenge. Thanks so much Captain Pat!!!

Also finished my last session of the month. Managed to complete a half marathon...pretty bad time since I got really bad cramp in my left leg with 10,000m to go and had to row the last 2,000m arms only! No idea how rowers like Pat manage to do such incredible distances day in, day out! Incredible!
Still feels great to have completed the challenge and it's been a pleasure rowing with you all this month!
All the best,
Paul

Go Team TimbukTOO! Hi all, it's been quiet on the forum since the JVC. Hope everyone is recovering well. Looks like you all had quite a row. CONGRATS!!!!!!
Just wanted to drop a line and say it's good to be back on the ERG. or should I say UGGH!
The skiing is great in Wisconsin and work has slowed down, and it feels good to be back putting meters on. Working on getting back into shape for the Crazylegs Classic 8k in Madison, WI. I've never run a marathon before, so this should be a nice short one to give it a try. If anything, it's Wisconsin, so there's should be a brat(energy bar) and a beer (energy drink) at every street corner to help me get through it! Maybe I should look into the 2mile walk ?!?!
