Sorry to hear of your loss - and even the expected doesn't make it easier. Grandparents are special people.

Image Whoop, whoop and hooyah! Congrats to Bruce ! May your luck be just as good when mountain climbing!

Knew we'd get a winner in there somewhere....and who says we only get ONE?! Last year we had a unique planetary alignment that bestowed wins on both Katerina Mack and Robyn Lee, both Luna-Tic team members, and sister-in-laws. Now there's some good luck there! Keep rowing, keep going! Next 10K day is 3/13...but 5K is EVERY day (like your vitamins).

Thanks for noticing! I'm going for the 10k challenge, and it has definitely been a challenge so far. I've also set a goal of reaching 2 million meters by the end of the rowing season. It will be a reach, but I think if I put in some 15k days during the upcoming team challenge, I'll have a chance of getting there.

Sorry K2, I forgot being a member of Lunatics does not automatically make you part of the Challenge. And I've been doing this for quite a few years. OK, all you Loonies goto to challenge page and under VTC click on the Join Teams link and get signed up. Hello! Hello! Do it now!

Better make that the WEC team instead of the VTC - still, appreciate the call to action. :D

Too funny, Danno. That's usually what I say when I have to visit the dentist...! Onward.

I've got the numbers - will probably post later. Going on a downtown adventure to the Denver Bike Congress today, and taking alternative transportation is more time consuming. Unless I am misreading the signs here, looks like Jim is going to have an OD challenge team. Rats. I thought we were going to row as a whole team.
