Ditto, Angela. Thanks for being coxswain of the Good Ship TimbukTOO, keep us looking forward.
I'll hit 1MM in a day or two. I'm a little slower than last year's pace, but aiming for 2.5MM this rowing year. I'm doing more interval rowing--2:00 hard, 1:00 easy--repeat 20 times. It has improved my times. Plus, I end the session feeling rather peppy.

Abandoned Kettlebell challenge, couldn't do both and FTC took priority. My love for the kettlebell is still strong though.
I do a lot of combined workouts using rower and kettlebell. Here is one workout from last weekend:
Sunday's Metabolic Conditioning workout.
First 3 Rounds:
1500 Meter row
20 - 24kg Swings (24kg = 53lbs. kettlebell)
10 - 24kg Cleans left
10 - 24kg Cleans right
4th Round:
1500 Meter row

Yup, just squeaked by today. Next week I aim for a weekly average of 43K/week, which means I have to row 65K this coming week to raise my season average to that level. After this coming week I may go up in 500m increments, as I pretty much only have an hour a day to devote to this, and I am not a big fan of exercising on the weekends.
