So I seem to have bottomed out at between 670 and 680 strokes per 10,000 meters. That is about 14.8 meters/stroke and about 16.75 strokes/minute. Damper set at 7, drag factor between 155 and 160.
I remember when I got back to rowing about four years ago, I was rowing at between 30 and 35 strokes/minute. I think I have made good progress, effectively cutting the number of strokes per rowing session in half, or conversely, going twice as far on each stroke. Is that a doubling of power? Not sure.
