Just did my first half marathon!!! I did not plan on it. I had 30,000 meters to go to get my goal of 200,000 meters for the challenge and planned on 15,000 today and another 15,000 on Monday but just felt so good I kept going. I knew my backside was pretty uncomfortable but did not realize till I stood up how sore it was going to be. When I did 20,000 the other day it was broken down into three rows though out the day and today the meters were rowed all at one time. This is my first half marathon at anything so I am proud of myself.

Congratulations! That's quite an accomplishment. I tried to work up to a 1/2 a while ago, but I just lost motivation. Anything over about 5000m bothers my lower back, and it starts to get excrutiating by 15,000. Good on ya!
