been messing about trying to get row pro to work seems as reliable as C2 uk :shock: think i'm sorted now so watch out for me i'm at a race near you soon :lol:

OK... completed the 10K on Row Pro this morning with Andreas, Andy Mudge and Darin.

Got a seasons best. Very happy after yesterdays 4 x 2K blast.

Wont tell you how well Darin did. That sort of news should come from the horses mouth.. race horse at that... B)

We were neck n neck until 1900 metres to go... he powered home.. and I thought MY pace was nice, never slowing... I'd like to see his splits. They must rock.

Well you have beaten me again i will nevr get that sort of time for this month so congrats.

cant wait for the 10k handicapp looks like another min start time again :D

The times are still within your reach. I think you can get close to 38:00 by the end of the month.

Was planning on doing a nice steady 10k tonight but now will have to have a good blast :?
