Forum Flyers Boat #1 is in fourth position! We are blessed with several fantastic athletes on our team! The fastest of which fortunately come in the shape/size of 3 HWT, 1 LWT and 1 incredible Female
I just posted my time in this month's challenge. Overestimated my fitness and started out too fast in the first 888 and could not adequately recover in the 80 seconds of rest..,and got slower and suffered more in the last two segments. In hindsight I now regret voting for the "Crazy Eights", and should have voted for something more like "Crazy Fives"
I notice Jack mentioning this, but anyone else struggling with new the ErgData app? I can get the initial workout to appear on the app...but about half the time it does not record any meters when I row...and I have to log my workout manually. When setting up the workout...is it best to set it up on the PM5 monitor or the ErgData app or doesn't it matter?

PS to Yankeerunner: Yes, Emerson College in Boston. Josh and Leah are not military vets (thank you for your service!!!). Once they get settled in Boston, they might give rowing on the water a try. I tried it the first time this past Spring with the Asheville Rowing Club. I had gone to 3 lessons when my wife had her accident so I had to stop before I really got going. But very different than the Erg. Great workout but also oddly meditational. I might give it a try again, but so easy to just jump on the Erg.
