Stuck again at 22,999,999: Need a shove!
The Master would say: "Ah Grasshopper, the motivation must come from within."

As much as we like repeating numbers...the ones with a lot of zeroes behind them are also very nice! Good work! Get it done!

Not a shove, maybe just a nudge. Log the 1 m already, Dave. Nice rowing, BTW.

I know. The link isn't active (you can copy and paste...or get to it in your logbook) - ran out of urls in this posting. But. We are still in the 13th overall spot, and lucky 7th virtually. There is a two million meter stretch to spot 12. In the individual rankings, both Tom Odle and Darlene Brennan have surpassed one million challenge meters. Top 10 percent of all ergers means you need to have 155 K in the Challenge meter bank!

The Lunie Challenge team is less than 8K from 8 MM Challenge meters! We are sure to have our meter odometer tumble over any minute now. Numbers nerd that I can be, I do remember driving my previous vehicle around a parking lot just so I could see the odometer hit a palindrome of 222,222 ...and beyond. I'll bet some of you also did this. So help us turn the erg odometer dial today! Never know when we're going to need some extra meters.

The Lunie Challenge team is still holds the 13th ranking overall, and 7th overall in the virtual team category. Way to go, Lunies! We had a WIDE range of meter contributions yesterday - all the way from ONE meter (a momentous odometer meter tipping and just like that...David T's got his 23rd million lifetime meter...more than halfway around the Earth!) to almost 100,000 meters. Mooning was prevalent. Every meter is important, and some meters are tougher to get done than others.

(Also the last one I'll ever do if my knees and tushy have any say in the matter  )

50 km
3:31:15.7
2:06.8 mean split time - just wanted to finish.

Amazing finish - a full marathon PLUS some additional pain for “good” measure ! Some events have to be survived but not repeated.
