I want to join a team!

Post by Liyi_Aversano » January 8th, 2020, 2:48 pm

Hi everyone!

I'm 28, I live in Argentina, a bit overweight (I can lose or gain weight easily, both in fat and muscle), and I'm trying to get healthier overall :D .

I'm quite new to rowing (started last June), but I really like it. I'm not really interested in being the 1st in the rankings, I have fun while rowing and I want to improve my technique (and times over time). I also do some light calisthenics, always going for strict forms and proper technique.

My objective is to stay in shape, and enjoy the time I invest in it, so a chill but serious team would be great.

My log so far says:
LIFETIME METERS: 425,481
TOTAL TIME: 34 hrs 15 mins
WORKOUTS: 97
CALORIES: 23,806

THRR Aerobic: 122 - 154
THRR Anaerobic: 154 - 167

Thanks!

Liyi

I am a member of Sub7 which does have a small presence on this forum but much more active on Facebook as a closed group, (not on that myself as I havent been tempted into social media) so a few of us are still on this forum.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/2402882415/

We do welcome members from all over the world, and participation in erging and supporting each other is expected rather than any qualifying standard.

If you would rather be in a team that is active on this forum Sub7 probably isnt for you, and if so you could have a look at other teams on this part of the forum

Hope you find what you are looking for

The Luna-tics team is active on the forum - we welcome all who wish to join! There are teammates of all abilities - and we enjoy celebrating milestones.

Liyi,

I recommend the Luna-tics. It’s a great group of folks are very encouraging to associate with.
