I'm 28, I live in Argentina, a bit overweight (I can lose or gain weight easily, both in fat and muscle), and I'm trying to get healthier overall

I'm quite new to rowing (started last June), but I really like it. I'm not really interested in being the 1st in the rankings, I have fun while rowing and I want to improve my technique (and times over time). I also do some light calisthenics, always going for strict forms and proper technique.
My objective is to stay in shape, and enjoy the time I invest in it, so a chill but serious team would be great.
