Well, rowed, sir! Very impressive. You've earned that round or two of golf ...
A round or two of golf... And maybe another Long Island Ice Tea.
Congratulations on the 7/47, Ed !!! You have now been upgraded to the 1st Class Cabin.
Thanks! I get the privilege of flying in 1st class on Qatar Airways when flying due to the 8,000 miles each way home. Like meters the miles add up fast. They even have chairs you can sit at the bar and drink all flight. Pretty amazing. I like that the seats recline into a bed so you sleep and feel refreshed when get home. One of the perks - but all said rather be home with family.

Day 30 of 31....dun ta dun dun...

Nathan

Keith And here you go!

Peter V

AJ
And, whoa...I'm still working on the canoe.....may see me with an inner tube and a tow rope...
Lots of erging STILL going on in the Lunaverse, and a number game that I missed (canoe believe it?!) for the first couple of days that Ron "played" it. I like to think that we play number games with ourselves - sometimes it's what it takes to get that longer distance piece completed...it's the psychology of the moment when you're counting down the thousands...you mentally compute what percentage you've done of the number you input to begin... whatever it takes to stay the course. And some of you play number games to see if I will notice them, too...because it's fun! Ron started his erging number game a few days back...he rowed 12518...the next day it was 12618....and then 12718...12818...and today....you see what's happened here. I wouldn't have noticed without the spreadsheet, and without the knowledge that Ron had input similar numbers for a few days. It's the small things that entertain. Thank you.

Good job, Adele, on getting that last-minute canoe, with not one meter to spare!
But, just in case, there was an inner tube, all ready to go ... just you, and Rainbow Dash!

Ah, yes....the old enter a TON of meters at the last minute trick...and bump everyone back...gotta love the conniving you know whats. Karma will happen. And our karma will be good (but I would be remiss if I didn't express more than a little OUTRAGE).
On the plus side, and there were SO MANY pluses, Derric joined the bathtub brigade. Two of us grabbed our canoes at the last meter...I mean, minute.

LOVE the inner tube....had to have a Buttercup moment to get those last meters done yesterday...
Starts today .... and I FORGOT that some of our teammates would be joining this Challenge. Joining this Challenge requires current or former military status, AND it requires that you change your affiliation for the duration of the Challenge.

K2, I messed up the affiliation when I thought I was doing the Military Challenge.
I'm back now. Thanks for the heads-up.
