@linsayh: Sent you a PM a couple of days ago. I see that it is still in the Outbox, so I decided to send you a heads up on the forum.

3x7 min, rest 5 min. Standing start, worse result counts. So pacing is very important.

Re: Forum Flyers
Am I correct in assuming the challenge is how much distance we cover, or how much power we generate in each 7m interval?hjs wrote:Aways here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5g3D9uF11a8thecrashton wrote:Any word on a February challenge??

The link is a video of Pfaller? What does that have to do with C2CTC challenges? lol
Thanks Henry, I checked the C2CTC website but saw that the homepage was still displaying the rules for the 5000m January challenge.

Ok, just to make sure:
We row 3x7min with 5mins rest and only submit the worst 7min piece?
Sorry, I'm still pretty new here

So if you do 1900 meters in rep one, you only have to do the same for the next two. If you pace it right you just can reach the numbers in rep three with an endsprint.
