Just a couple reminders why it's so important to row in these challenges....

Lisa,
Sorry about your flu- rest and fluids will help.

I started using my gloves again- but the tendonitis in my middle finger requires either rest or al the least, rowing in a way that does not involve pulling with a routine grip- so for now I am pulling with the outside edge and the pinky and ring finger.
I'll be in SF from Wednesday through late next week, and plan on resting my hand.
I have a shot at hitting my goal for the challenge- need about 17K Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to avoid any rowing while in SF.
This is the lowest placing I have seen for our team in a Challenge.

I cant figure out how to post pictures of my dogs- am missing something obvious- but will get it eventually.
Cant get a picture from Flickr to the board or to the board from iPhoto.
Get well soon!

If you are on a desktop computer, then one option is to save the picture to your computer (desktop, for example), then click on Upload attachment tab at the bottom of the reply text box. Then click Choose File, find the image file, click Open in the pop-up window, then click Add the file next to the file name. See image below.

From Flickr,or any online repository, you will need the URL address of the image, then in the text box here when you reply, click on IMG button, then paste the image URL address between the Img tags.

Good luck Gary, and have a good trip!!

For Flickr, they make it SOoooooo obvious...  But here's what I do.

1. Call up the picture you want to share. Click the arrow in the action icons in the lower right:

Image

2. Select the "BBCode" version, select the size you want (Medium is usually good), and copy the text from the bottom box.

Image

3. Copy that text into a post here on the forum. You can just go with it verbatim, or to get rid of the fluff, I delete everything before the [ img ] and after the [ /img ] tags.

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 128 KiB.

That is the message I get when trying to upload from my laptop.

Thanks for your help with that- Flickr is the way to go.
Muriel is the Collie and Rhubarb is the Basset- she is completely deaf- had bilateral ear canal ablations a few years ago- the longer she lives- the better the investment turns out :D

And speaking of middle finger problems-- they can be overcome:

Their coloring matches your Doberman's.
Doberman's are great dogs- make great family pets.
