Looking for a team to join in with the team challenges. Started back on my erg last May after an injury but have definitely caught the bug again - especially after the Skeleton Crew challenge
Would like to get involved with this month's challenge if I can.

Free Spirits is always looking for new members. We have an active training forum. We are mainly focused on the C2 challenges, Cross Team Challenges and piling on meters. There is a weight loss group in the team that share progress.
