Well, I did a 10K time trial today and set another personal best. Nothing world class, but I shaved 1:41.0 off my previous best rated 10k. My new time is 42:42.5 and I did it at the end of a long work day so I believe I can do much better under more ideal circumstances.

Great job John, it's always exciting to break a pb. I don't think I've done that in over a year, perhaps I need to start training a little harder myself and shoot for some of my own pb times.

Thanks Doug! Teams off to a nice start in the FTC, I always look at the average meters per member as my favorite stat, and we are always right near the top of that metric for teams with more than 50 members.

Brother Jim, your one-arm rowing, and now your one-leg rowing is keeping us all inspired! I think a lesser man would have been beat 5 or 10 years ago!
